For all carrier locked phones and Google Pixel phones, you might be running into a problem of the app acting buggy. We have been made aware of this issue and are working on it as soon as possible.
Please try the following -
1. Enter Airplane Mode (Wi-Fi will auto-shut off)
2. Go to your Wi-Fi list (Manually turn on Wi-Fi)
3. Connect your M6_xxxxx device.
4. Close out and open your M6 app, when you receive the message "Connect to the app" press no.
5. Now go to the portion of that app that you are interested in
